Run safely
Hunted is a game played while running outdoors. Stay aware of traffic, terrain and the people around you, follow local laws, and never chase a pace that puts you in danger. Vibrations and the heartbeat tell you how the chase is going, so you don't need to look at your phone: please don't.
Not medical advice
Hunted is for fitness and fun. It isn't a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
The animals
Animal speeds and behaviour are simplified models based on published estimates. They're designed for a fair, fun workout, not as scientific fact.
Using Hunted
You may use Hunted for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.
Accounts
Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the leaderboards, for example by uploading runs that weren't run.
Elite Hunter
Elite Hunter unlocks every animal, colours, logos and home banners. It's available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Half of every running style stays free. The monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged. Otherwise payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or when you confirm if there's no trial. Subscriptions renew at the same price at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Purchases are also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Liability
Hunted is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may change. We'll tell you in the app when they do.
